When I see the successful companies operating all over I just ponder how they have gained all this. It was a matter of great astonishment to me. Firstly I thought that the dream becomes reality magically but it is not true. It requires determination, hard work and your sweat. Same is the case with having a successful company. There are certain considerations. Utah startup ecosystem attracted me so much that I left the New York City.
Few days back I met my former colleague who was in Utah working as a venture backed startup. He was totally changed and I saw in him a strong and determined person. He gave me invitation for the Grind meet up.
Over there, Qualtrics CEO Ryan Smith was addressing people. That person was so eloquent in his speech and he told the 10 years overnight success story of his Company. Within his speech I found some of the very great quotes which just drove me crazy. He made me think that where I stand in present. His quotes were like these.
“Where you start is never where you end up. The key is innovating along the way.
What’s wrong with making money quietly?
Execution is an amazing barrier to entry. So is hard work.
There are a couple of things that really matter and the rest is noise.
The sooner you realize who you are, the easier life becomes.
I am very aware of what has lined up. What we are trying to do is big.”
These quotes by Ryan simply told me the reason behind his success. The very first quote is very much important for every person. One do not needs to stick at one particular place, he needs to keep progressing and gain more.
Ryan took innovative steps for Qualtrics which proved beneficial for all. He realized his aim and focused on things which really matters in his life.
This is the only reason which motivated my spirit. Just because of this I decided to stay here in Utah and gain something. I never had such kind of great experience in New York City. Utah created a zeal and enthusiasm in me to have something in life.
